COVID-19 Property Showing Acknowledgement

The health and welfare of our clients and our communities are our top priority. We require that you agree to the terms of this document before any showing/visit will be permitted.

1. No one attending this showing has displayed any COVID-19 symptoms including – fever, dry, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days.
2. No one attending this showing has traveled outside Ontario, nor have we been in contact with someone who has traveled outside Ontario in the past 14 days.
3. No one attending this showing has knowingly come in contact with anyone experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.
4. No one attending this showing has come in contact with anyone with a confirmed COVID-19 test or is waiting for results from a COVID-19 test in the past 14 days.
   
   I have asked these questions of my Buyer(s) and they have responded negatively to all the questions above.
   
   We further agree that when conducting a showing/visit that:
5. My Buyer(s) and I have viewed the property online first, if applicable, through pictures or virtual tours prior to physically inspecting or viewing it.
6. I will limit the number of attendees to two people (ie. the Buyer(s)) and will ensure that no one else is in attendance. We will use separate vehicles when arriving or departing from the property — if applicable.
7. I and my Buyer(s) will refrain from handshaking or connecting with any party during any showing/visit and we will respect minimum required social distancing (2 metres/6 feet).
8. We will not use washroom facilities; we will refrain from touching any surfaces and other items in the home during the showing/visit including furniture, appliances, etc., we will not turn off lights or close interior door, we will wear masks, wash and sanitize hands prior to entering the home or wear rubber gloves.
